Pretty Awesome Acne Face Map!

This is pretty awesome! I have been wanting to look into it and a lot of the points they make for each area of the face make sense, especially with the toothpaste bit!! - never thought about that..
I am positive coming down off of pregnancy hormones and breastfeeding does not help much either.

My First Post!

Hello! Thank you for being interested in my crazy life!
Being that this is my very first post - I wanted to share a little about why this is important to me and what I hope you get from it. I never thought of my self as a blogger ... ever. However, having a baby and starting a gym can change your mind about a lot of things.

I hope that every new mommy that reads this blog realizes that it CAN be done, we can get fit after having babies and yeah it WILL suck, but - in the end you become a stronger, beautiful you! Truthfully, I feel pretty down about this whole 'after-baby body' some days; but you just have to keep on reminding yourself that if you are doing something about it, there is nothing to worry about.

I plan to be brutally honest with you - and share the things about this journey I really don't even want the man to know... like body fat... ugh!
Let's just say right now, 3 months today - after baby, my body fat is 27.59%. Some might not think that is a lot, but my ideal is about 17-22 soo... yeah, it's off to the gym.

My goals are to:
Gain a better sense of "Me"
Get fit! (tired of being 'skinny-fat')
Raise a healthy family on mostly caveman meals, with variety!
... I guess, think Psalms 31 and that is what I am going for.

Wish me luck! Got a date with "Cindy" in the morning.
